After School Clubs

What Clubs do you offer?

We have a variety of different clubs that run from 3.15pm to 4.15pm daily and are free of charge. These are run by a mix of external providers and school staff and cover a variety of activities such as sport, reading, Lego and chess. The clubs on offer change three times per year.

In the first week of each term, a letter will go home with all pupils together with a copy of the After School Clubs timetable for that term. The letter will give details of deadlines for bookings, and clubs generally start on the second full week of each term. Details will also be sent out in the electronic Newsletter.

How do I book my child onto After School Clubs?

After School Clubs are all bookable via the Arbor App - all parents/carers have a login, please contact the school office if you are unsure of yours or having problems signing in.

When can I sign them up?

The letter will give details of deadlines for bookings.  Clubs are offered on a first come, first served basis and are free for all children.

When do clubs start?

Clubs generally start on the second full week of each term.

How do I know if my child has a place?

When you sign up on the Arbor App your child's place will be automatically be confirmed. When a club is full it will no longer be visible on the Arbor App so you won't be able to book.

Is there a waiting list for some clubs?

Some of the more popular clubs do fill up quickly - please contact the school office who can let you know whether there will be a waiting list operating.
