Although we might all be staying indoors more than normal at the moment, it does not mean we can not be extremely active every day! It is important to try and be active for 60 minutes each day, to stay fit and healthy. Below is a document with lots of links to websites- these will give you great ideas and videos to help you keep active and have fun, both at home and outside. If you find and have a go at a favourite activity, please feel free to send us pictures and reports to firstname.lastname@example.org - we would love to see them!
If you are keen on trying the 'Active 60 Home Challenge', have a go at logging how many minutes you are active each day using the document below. Again, please send completed weeks to the above email- we love to hear all about children at CAW being active. As an extra challenge, can you get people in your household doing it too?
